NAME OF THE ACTIVITY: Teachers Orientation

FACILITATORS: HR-Manager, Vice-Principal & HOD Middle & Secondary
OBJECTIVE OF THE ACTIVITY:
1. To announce subject teachers and class teachers.
2. To orient teachers with the Academic Domain.
3. To prepare the teachers for the New Academic Session.
BRIEF WRITE-UP OF THE ACTIVITY:
On the first day, the HR-Manager (Ma'am Nemy) organised a session on the revised HR policy to all the school staff. The Vice-Principal (Sir PM) also held two separate sessions with Middle Section and Secondary Section teachers on 'Question Design'.
The remaining sessions were faciliated by the HOD Middle & Secondary (Ma'am HP). She mainly covered areas such as - Subject-Teacher Distribution, Subject Areas, Scheme of Assessment, Split up of Syllabus. Syllabus Overview, Notebook Maintenance, Subject Enrichment Activities, Lesson Planning and Duties of Class Teachers.
The session concluded with a discussion on the activities to be undertaken by the class teachers on the first day of school (25th April 2023).
